Fantastic suggestion on the SPAETZLEs! I think msot people wouldn't have nay idea what it was, and the rest would assume it was just plain old pasta. Might be fun to try, but I will be trying it myself some time. Oh, and you can use a collander if you dont have a SPAETZLE press. :)
