Hey im jenny and I'm thirteen years old. I'm your typical teenager; I deal with school and home problems everyday so I usually have personal experience to the questions I answer. I love field hockey, photography, babysitting, and obviously giving advice. But dont get me wrong, I ask a ton of questions on here too. Advicenators is my answer to everything and I'm on here everyday so I'll answer your questions right away. I answer questions in every category so feel free to ask anything. I really like when people rate me and give me feedback so i know if i've helped. Thnx for reading about me and ask away =D.

this must be the worst problem I have. I'm extremely sensitive. Is there any ways to not cry? I try to take deep breaths and calm down but it doesn't work.
Like I haven't went shopping for a year and my dad said he'd take me today but he changed my mind. big deal. But I kinda teared up and had to make an excuse to stay upstairs for the rest of the day or else he'd think I'm mad at him or something and maybe it'll hurt his feelings.
The worst thing is that when I start I can't stop and then it gets really ugly with the hicupping and stuff.
please help.. (link)

Being sensitive isn't a bad thing, but i can see how it might cause some dilemas. I don't think it would hurt your dad's feelings if you cried, you were disapointed and that's understandable. If you start crying at school or in public before you start crying real hard ask to go to the bathroom and then stay in there until you get yourself together. One excuse that always helps me is when you start to teer, pretend like your yawning so people think your eyes are just watering. Or you could say u poked ur eye and get a cold towl to put over your eyes so people dont see. That stuff always works for me! Hope i've helped!!!
