advice

I have a pair of blue and white seersucker bermudas that i love. But I have no idea what kind of top would go. any suggestions?

That's a good base for pretty much any color. Personally I'd wear yellow with them or red. White would work as well, or you could wear navy.
A halter or tank top would pair nicely with the length of the shorts. Since they're a longer cut, you don't have to worry about looking too bare with a tank top. It'd be best to stay away from more stripes on the top or a design because it will take away from the pants. A simple top such as this:
