14/f and hes 15/m (both in same grade)

ok i loved this guy for so long and towards like may of last year i told him i loved him and he said we should just be friends. but i've talked to like 3 of his really close friends and they said that they thought he really loved me. i don't understand. why would he pretend? any ideas? also, it's been awhile (seems like forever) since this happened and i still can't get over him..i really love him ..what should i do? should i just forget about him? were friends now and we do talk and stuff but if i were to just bring up the fact of me and him being in a relationship together it'd be really awkward...thanks for helpingg.

I think thats since your very close to him now you should bring it up again.just go like hum i really like you and i need to know where im stand so do you like me too?dont be afraid.if you guys are true friends then eventually if he doesnt like you he will tell you no and everything will continue to be as normal(maybe after a week or 2 eventually)and if he likes you he will tell you as much.just go for it if you really want it.because you have nothing to lose by telling him but that eventually if he says no you will be a litle cold for a while.but you do have to lose by not telling him and never knowing wher you stand( you have 50% chances he says he loves you back)well i suggest you tell him and after that you will know if either u have to move on or do something about it.
