I accidently whacked my friend in the head with my badminton racket! There's like a redish spot-like bump on her forehead, kinda looks like blood is trying to explode out of her skin! Is it serious? Is it just a bruise? Will she be ok? (link)

I play doubles tennis so ive seen many of these injuries,i wouldnt be worried about it.Its just a knot,put some ice on it,its just basically a bruise,shell probly have a headache,dont panic.
