I'm only offering you options, choices, and personal advice. I can give you facts, rules, and personal statements. Whether or not you choose to use my advice or not is your own decision but please, respect it. I refuse to sugar coat anything, and I hate saying google it- infact I refuse to use google as verb.

Any tips on how to improve my serve, backhand, and forehand?
Serve- reach high and make sure to stretch your sides and calfs before hand. Keep an eye on the ball when you throw it up because if your racket hits it in the wrong space you can loose all force.
Backhand- Again, stretch your arms (tricepts and bicepts). Keep your arms solid to get loose or else you'll loose your power and the ball will go limp.
Forehand- STRETCH! again, I say this because you need to. Personally I recommend you keep your arm slighty bent once you make contact with the ball then after it's been hit you can keep it bent or reach out but always follow through. Once you hit the ball doesn't mean the round is over, keep your arms and wrist solid.
It is said that for every hour of lessons, you should practice for 4 hours. After you've solidified your strokes, play points! Work on strategy and placement, patterns, etc. If you want to be top level, you should also work on fitness. Agility, strength, speed, etc.
