13/f okay well we have established that. Well here's the deal, I got my phone stolen, and didn't realize it, but I told my parents, so now I want a new phone, but my mom doesn't think I'm responsible, and I don't have any money. Should I try to earn it, get it from my brother, or just wait until my birthday or christmas (link)

ok, since you are 13, when you turn 14, your are aloud (legally aloud) to get a job. but it has to be a part-time job until the summer, then it can be full-time. once you get the job, you will start getting more and more money.
