i eat a lot of junk foods haha.
if i were to eat:
breakfast: cereal and low fat milk
lunch: an apple, water, and fat free yogurt
snack: water and a grapefruit
dinner: lean meat, broccoli, water
and run for 30 minutes a day
would i see a difference in my body within a couple of months as in losing a small amount of weight and toning my legs?
i want to do it as healthfully as possible

115lbs is the required weight for a girl who's 5'3" so you being 3 inches taller than that, i'd say you're actually under the required amount for your height. not that thats bad..as long as, like you said, you only want to lose a SMALL amount of weight. i'm glad to hear that you want to be really healthy about this but i think you need to eat more because what you suggested for eating, you're not getting enough of all the food groups and you're hardly eating a lunch at all! there's not NEARLY enough calories in that diet for you to be running 30 minutes a day. i'd say do what you're doing, just eat a bit more. honestly..because the less you eat, the slower your metabalism gets, meaning you gain weight a lot easier. but do that, and i'm sure you'll see toner legs =]
