i have short legs. and with short legs (any leg type really just more on short legs ) you got to keep them fit to look good. and i feel like ive been letting myself go. and i have a little belly. not much but i want to fix it for summer. any good diets or anything at all? thanks so much!!! (link)

well if you want to tone up your legs i suggest a LOT of wall sits, and good ones too---cause if you do them half ass nothing will happen to your legs,,,, and lunges are good when getting you legs in shape, buttkicks(when you run make sure your heel hits your butt), ummmm knee to chest runs(when you run make sure you knees go up to your chest), hmmmm vertical crunchs help a lot with the lower belly
