Ok So im really confussed on wear you put eyeliner. do you put it under your eye or do you put it like above your eylashes, thats what ive heard but when I out it there it doent show up. Thanx! (link)

normally when i wear it i put it right on my lashline or a LITTLE bit above them. but i would suggest that if you want to put it on below your eye, not to put it below your bottom lashes! if you want your eyes to stand out more then i would buy a liquid eyeliner. they're "harsher" so it makes it more visible.
