hey=)
my friend and i have started this advice colmn for anyone to aska question and i promise it will be answered! so anyways we are in track,play soccer, and are goofy 24/7!! lets just say we laugh a little tooo much!!! =P
Puppy chow is the best snack ever! *dont worry , its not dog food* And jollyranchers of course
too sum it all up we are just normal teenage girls just trying to have some fun!

ok before i work out i want to do some warm ups and then when im done working out i want to cool down

do you know what warm ups i should do and how long they are supposed to last?
same with cool downs

for a warm up, do a lot of streches with your muscels. ssuch as:
-knee to chest
-foot to butt
-pull ankle up and knee down
-frankinstine
-lunges
-and a small fast run (100 meters)
for a cool down you want to do anything with moving, even after a looooong hard work out you want to get all the acid built up from runninh out of your legs. so dont go fast, and Dont Walk!!!!!!!!!!! but do a jog for about 10 mins.
then do even more streches!!!
