Im in college studying Fashion. Its been almost 4 years since I've been on advicenators.I have to admit this site has changed my world. There were days when I felt that I have the worst life on this planet and no one could be more unhappy than me. But I guess things have changed since I saw the kind of problems people face everyday. Involving myself in solving other people's problems makes me feel great. I feel like I've grown up. I am a 20 year old girl who has experienced a lot in life. Giving advice by those experiences makes me feel a better human at the end of the day. Its like stopping people from making the mistakes I have made. It's great!

okay well im set that my dad is cheating on my mom. these are the things that lead me to beleive that.
1. when we first got our sprint cell phones, he only got me 500 text msgs a month because he said, "if you need to tell/ask someone something, just call them" and stuff like "texting is stupid" "its so pointless" yatta yatta. but i was cool with it. well i went over twice and he said "if oyu go over again, you get your phone taken away" then like yte next day, he texts me and says he got me unlimited and he unblocked texting from his phone, so now HE could text. i was like... okay?? but COOL. then one he was texting like CRAZY and i was just like "who ya text'n" and he was like "NONE OF YOU FREAKIN BUSINESS" and he like, hisd his phone. and he talks on it every night when my moms not home and when i ask, "who ya talkn to?" (real casually) he freaks out and says "WHY DOES IT MATTER?!?!"
2 he says he need to go to the grocerie store and i was like "okay" w/e. and i asked him to get me some peach tea. he was gone for like a hour and a half but i though "oh he's probably buying a bunch of stuff" you know? but he came back and the ONLY thing he had bought was my peach tea... i was like "wow. that took forever. and all you bought was peach tea?" (cause we are like low on food, and i had nothing to eat) and he got all defensive and was like "JUST CHILL OUT, OKAY?"
3 he always talks crap about my mom behind her back. little things that dont even matter. they are pointless. like we are talking about something that has nothing to do with her and he'll bring up somthing bad about her and go on raving about it.
4 he's been late coming home from work lately
5 i know this seems gross, but they never like, kiss or flirt with each other anymore. and im pretty sure they dont have sex. (ew, but a necessity in a relationship)
so idk. what do you guys think? its freaking me out. omggg. and if you think he IS, what do i do????? i am so helpless. do i tell someone. who? do i talk to him about it??? gaww im so lost. ):

Ok... This has happened to me...But it wasn't what I thought... I used reverse psychology on my dad... One day as my dad was sitting on the couch I came back home from school and said really nastily, " I know what your upto dad, and you better stop it !!". Then I ran upto my room. My dad came upto my room. I thought he would be really worried and would be like , "Okay so you know...But dont tell mom about this..." But instead he asked me if I was facing some problem or had some trouble with him...Then i calmed down because my dad wasn't upto anything wrong... So why dont you try something like this...It really will work and if your dad is wrong he will be worried... But whatever the case maybe just know that you have many people around you who are there to help you... But always support your mom...
