i'm 5'5 and weigh 158lbs. i've been going on and off diets for awhile, and the one i was recently on worked great. i lost 15lbs on it! well, this weekend..i kind of over-ate and gained 5lbs back on (on thursday i weighed 152lbs).

i need tips on how to keep myself from cheating on my diets, and stick to it. i also need tips for snacking, excersising, and a way to beat cravings..

i have no deadline, really. if i can loose this weight before school ends, i'll be happy.

thank you so much for the advice :) (link)
the person below me deserves 5 stars, deff! that stuff will help me too! um.. i guess you can join a track team or stick to a sport you love! diets in my opinion dont work. in order for everything to work well you have to change your bad eating habits entirely. sure you can eat some crap food in a while but like.. dont NOT eat them or soon you'll want to have a whole lot.. have like some maybe once a week or two or whatever? dont like punish yourself if you want some chocolate. a great way to beat cravings is to eat ice whenever you feel a craving. my mom does it and she also does like this aerobics thingy called "taebo" and shes been losing weight gradually! the most important part is the ice part, though. shes become an iceaddict, lol. and um ride your bike, rollerblade, skateboard, etc! so much to do to be fit! step one, get yo ass off the chair you're sitting in! lol good luck too
