i want to try out for track this year, but the problem is that when i start running for about 1 minute i get really tired. how can i change this so i can be fit for track? thanks. (link)

Keep running, like a mile or so a day and your muscles will build and your heart will get used to it, Its just your out of shape, you may not look like it but your body feels it so doing a mile or so a couple times a week will get you used to the runnign and will be easier when you start
