how can you determin what size of a tampon should you get?
It's my first time and I only have enough money to buy one box..what if it's too small or big?

I'd recommend the Tampax Pearl variety pack - that have a variety of tampon sizes from light to heavy in one box. They're the most comfortable & convenient in my opinion. Right now, you might not be able to know which size is best for you. But eventually, you'll get the adjust of what size you need & when. Stick with the slimmer ones for now, but all sizes should fit if you are inserting them correctly.
