how do i get rid of REALLY i mean REALLY bad, red & sometimes like blackish bags all around my eyes?

Mk, so first of all, start sleeping normally, and if you drink any energy drink such as RedBull- stop. Also, start eating MORE and healthier. You can also put white/light pastel colored eyeliner on the bottom of your eyelids.
