That movie was pretty cool (but I cant wait for Shooter in July!) I belive it happened just after 9/11, around 2002 or 2003.

Shooter is about a guy who is accused of shooting at the president, it is a setup. the movie is about him trying to kill the person who set him up. http://movies.yahoo.com/feature/shooter.html
