Hey I'm 19 and a college sophomore. I'm majoring in social work and I want to do something with child services for a career. I love to read and write and I love to get book recommendations. :) I love to sing and listen to music and I love to be around the people I love. what would count as mental or emotional abuse from parents? (link)

your parents always calling you names or shooting you down all the time, like constintaly not once or twice and physical abuse is when they hit you or intentually hurt you, not out of disciple. but for no reason that they start to hit you or even threaten you, throwing you around or throwing things at you. things like that.
