I dont' knwo how i'm so clean and all but I have liek three pimples on my back and one is where the strap of my is so it hurts really bad! plz help!

you dont even need to spend money on cleanser for this problem - just use and old remedy that works overnight - toothpaste! the fluoride in it sucks all pimples dry overnight. i use this personally on any "stress" pimples (the ones that hurt) anywhere on my body!
