Q: ok i'm about 5'3" and i weigh 145 lbs. i really want to loose 30 lbs asap. can anyone help me out about how i should go about loosing this weight? please don't say "eat healthy and exercise and lay off junk food" can you give me examples of some exercises and foods to eat and foods not to eat and how much a day i should eat? i'd really love to hear from the people who lost weight and what worked for them but anyone will do. thanks so much!
