I get sweaty palms and feet out of randomness. Like I could be just standing there and my hands would get sweaty.
And i hate it since I play violin and whenever I stop playing it, my fingerboard is sweaty...
Is there anything wrong? What can I do or buy?
The best advice I can give you is to bring a small clothe with you when you feel your getting sweaty just blot{dabar your underarms and other parts}
buy deordant too cuz you gonna stink!!
