advice

in short... i was living with my cousin and his wife and son. he molested me. i ran away then turned myself and him in. now im in foster care. anyone have advice on how to cope with this stuff without strangling myself ?

I am sorry that happened to you! I know I have no idea what you went through but here's a list of things you can do to cope with this 'situation'

-you can try to make friends to help you forget about the past but if your friends ask why you are in foster care just tell them the story or say i rather not talk about it.

-you can stay away from the foster house 24/7. this can also help you forget what happened to you and what position you are in

-you can interact with more kids that have the same problem. this may help you feel normal.

(Rating: 4) thanx for the advice. i have a column here too. a little advice i could give u tho is to possibly research the info. they give you before responding. doin great tho ill definatly look to u for advice in the future.
