I have keratosis pilaris and the dermatologist said that laying out in the sun for at least thirty minutes a few times a week would help. I have pale skin and I normally only go tanning in the summer. But where I live, it is getting warm enough so that I can go outside and tan for a little while finally.
I burn easily, so I'm not sure what the best type of sun tan lotion to get.
Does anyone know of a good sun tan lotion for my skin type?
Try Banana Boat tanning oil. It typically has a lower SPF, but it'll keep you from burning & will help you get a golden tan. :)
