I have a winter formal coming up, and I would really like to loose a lot of weight quickly. Which foods should I eat, and how many calories should I eat each day? I'm 14, and weigh 90 pounds, but that's because I'm super short and have like no muscle. I really would like to get a lot healthier because I eat a lot of junk food. You should gain some weight instead.. and its actually more attractive to guys when your not that skinny. They dont want no skeleton as their date. I'm not trying to be mean, I juss want to help you. You'll be ANOREXIC if you lose more weight. I hope this really helps you!

lol i understand, but I'm really not as skinny as your making me out to be. Don't get me wrong, I'm not the kind of person who thinks she's fat or anything. But my stomach deffinitely isn't flat, and I have a lot of chub on my cheeks.
