Q: 15/f
ok i need help deciding what sport to play in the spring, sports are required at my school and i can't decide whether to play softball or lacrosse, I've never played either. I'm pretty fast, a good athlete. The softball team has really cool people on it, like my bestfriend and other people i like, plus the coach is really good, he wants me to play. LAcrosse seems more of a sport for me because it's a lot of running rather than strategy but i can't decide! also, lacrosse i don't like the people on the team as much, but i do have some friends on it, and there is one girl who plays who is such a self absorbed ball hog and that frustrates me.
I can't decide, I want to do something that would be fun, not boring, and a good sport for me. HELP PLEASE
I need some advice from people who have played either or both, thanks, i'll rate you 5 even if i don't agree with your advice, please i just need some insight

It sounds like you've already made a pro & con list for each sport, now all you have left to do is pick one. I personally say go with softball. I've played for 5 years, and I absoultely love it! There is so much that goes into one game, it's really exciting. But if you honestly think lacrosse is more for you, go for it! You'll make new friendships through the team. EDIT: to answer your question... No, I don't think you'll get bored. You're either batting or feilding, so you're always doin' something. It's a really good sport to shine in too. If you're really good you'll stand out & love it even more. Pratice does make perfect. It's a super fun sport, to me atleast, hopefully you'll like it too.

thanks, and i'm definitely leaning toward softball, i'm just wondering, do you think i'll be bored? the games seem pretty long and not really action packed and stuff, is this true or do you think i'll enjoy it once i'm playing rather than watching?
