Ok, I'm a 15 year old female. I do a lot of exercises right now, I started about a month ago. I do about 100 good crunches a day, if not more, 30-100 arm curls (per arm) at a shot(i do these shots about 1-5 times a day), I do leg lifts, stairs, wings, and at least 30 squats (some times with a 5 pound weight in each are). I do all of the arm exercises with 10 pound weights. I weigh approx 130 pounds and am 5'4 1/2.
Now here is my question: what can I do to trim down my thys? I don't want any more muscle, just to trim them down so I look better in a bathing swit. I have till late spring to finish trimming down. If I do not get any results within 2 weeks of doing an exercise i quite it and try something else. but no matter what i seem to do, my thys are not getting any thinner.
P.S. I have cut down on my eating as well, i eat about the same for breakfast and lunch, but not as much for supper, and I do not eat chocolat, chips, candy, or drink pop, so i know it's not my eating habits.
please help me, any advice will be apreciated.

hmm i am 5'4" and weigh about 113, but i run 3 miles a day. you should try running.

that will work for summer, but i can't really run in winter, and i don't have access to a tredmill, thats why i do stairs! but thankyou all the same
