I'm mature for my age.
i love helping people out.
when i grow up i want to go into the medical field, preferably a dietitian/nutritionist or veterinary medicine. so bring on the diet/food questions! i try to get on here as much as i can. & i H@Te Wh3N Pe0pLe TyP3 LyK3 d1s. or don't use proper grammar and spell simple stuff wrong. but i don't always either, so I'll forgive you & still answer your Q =]

Hi. I'm 13/f. I am a very unhealthy eater and am not active what-so-ever. I am very skinny, just not in shape. I am 5'3'' & weigh about 95 lbs. I am not worried about my weight or anything, just am worried about my health.

This is where you come in.

I need a plan.

I need some breakfast ideas, lunch Ideas
& for dinner, I have no control, but its usually home-cooked & healthy so I should be okay with that.

I need some exersizes also. I am going to try and start running once around my block 3 times a week [my block is small, but I will increase the distance gradually]. I will also TRY and do 30 situps a night. ANY OTHER IDEAS?

stick to the food pyramid.

breakfast- a bagel with some fruit. or a fruit smoothie. or maybe just some healthy cereal.

lunch- PBJ or turkey sandwhich on whole wheat. carrots &/or celery. (some kinda of veggie) and an apple (or some kind of fruit). water. you deffinatley want to replace all of your drinks with water and/or low fat milk. & if you drink fruit juice dilute it with a little bit of water due to high sugar.

snacks- fruits or veggies or some nuts.

dinner- lean meats. chicken & fish. pork isn't that bad for you either. just not fried stuff.
always have a rainbow on your plate. have your meat, a green, and another veggie.

& if you have desert you can have a bowl of fruit or a smoothie.

now to excersise!
your excersising sounds about good.
you could also do jumping jacks or something during commercials if you watch alot of TV.
& then theres always fit tv on cable.
