i did the cabbage diet, the original version from Poland, and i lost 7 pounds in 6 days. it's an unhealthy diet since you don't eat carbs, but you should only do it for 1 week at a time. And most people say its impossible to keep the weight off, but I prove them wrong.

okay im thirteen and i weigh 140 i want to loose some weight by june. preferably twenty pounds. well i was wondering. okay if i exercise for about an hour and a half a day [ thirty minutes tredmill, thirty minutes bike, & thirty minutes on the laying downish bike ] well what are the best things to eat that will make me loose more weight faster? like calorie intake? & i heard that if you sweat more you need to eat more is this true? - im not crash dieting or taking diet pills im doing it naturally
The best way to get your arms leaner is by getting them muscleish. I lift 2 5lb. weights everyday, 10 sets of 20, 1 minute in between each. After 2 weeks already it's already starting to gain muscle and lose fat. Not only are you getting muscles, your being tonned. Every guy loves a toned(spelling?) woman.
Another great excercise, if you don't like excercising, is dancing. Blast really good/fast dancing music in your room and dance like a slut. It doesn't even seem like your excercising because your having fun! I read somewhere you burn a couple hundred calories per hour dancing.
