ok, first of all.
dont tell all 3 that you like them.
because say all three of them like you too.
then you would end up going out with one of them and the other two would be mad because you got their hopes up by telling them you liked them.
so pick the girl that you like the most and focus on her.
flirt with her and get closer to her as a friend.
it may take a while, but in the end, its worth it.
if shes still not interested, try with one of the other girls.
