Q: 13f ok so i want to lose weight but i cant get focused and i have no time to exercise i really really want to lose weight and be heathier but the fact that i have no time is the problem and i dont have the right equiptment and stuff i asked my mom about this gym near our house but you have to be a certain age even if your parent or gurdian is there what can i do to lose weight i want to be skinnier before i go into high school i dont wanna get teased anymore either it's ruining my life and i cant take it anymore pretty much everyone at my school even my friends make fun of me for it and they make me hate myself for it PLEASE HELP ME
ok first of all. you dont necessarily have to excersise alot. but it will help. just make sure that you dont get to the point where you starve yourself. just eat a halthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. try to avoid those fatty snacks in between. and try not to eat soo much fatty or fried foods. if you do need a snack because your hungry make sure its low in fat or has no fat. jsut eat healthy. then on your spare time instead of sittin on your butt at the computer get up and walk, jog, do sit ups, pushups, etc.

OK SO I READ YOUR FEEDBACK. IDIDNT KNOW IT WAS A FRIEND. WHEN YOUR WITH HER MAKE SURE SHE EATS. LIKE EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO FORCE HER TOO. AND MAKE SURE SHE DOESNT GO TO THE BATHROOM AFTERWARDS. AND IF YOU GET TO THE POINT TELL SOMEBODY. SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP AND TELL HER THAT. BE LIKE IF YOU CANT EAT THEN YOU HAVE TO GET HELP AND IM GONNA FIND IT FOR YOU.

thanks for the advice and yes it did help but what would you say to someone who is thinking about starving themselves?????? it's not me it's a friend of mine and i mean i talked to her about just exercising and eating healthier but she says that starving herself is the only answer or option
