ok first of all. you dont necessarily have to excersise alot. but it will help. just make sure that you dont get to the point where you starve yourself. just eat a halthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. try to avoid those fatty snacks in between. and try not to eat soo much fatty or fried foods. if you do need a snack because your hungry make sure its low in fat or has no fat. jsut eat healthy. then on your spare time instead of sittin on your butt at the computer get up and walk, jog, do sit ups, pushups, etc.
