I dont know exactly how to put a pic into my advice column. I try to upload a pic from my digital camera but it says that the file size is too big. what does that mean and can anybody tell me how to do it. (link)

I downloaded a program called Ifran View from www.downloads.com to use to resize pictures. It keeps them in proportion and makes them smaller for you. Its a great program for many things.
