hey well i need some major help...
im think im kinda fat and i wanna lose weight like 20 pounds!as fast as possible but i dont know how! i tried eating less and i walk to school everyday (as a way of excercise) and somtimes i go on bike rides i dont know it seems like im not losing weight does anyone else have some simple or easy way on how to lose weight at all???

im in the same situation you are bud. what you have to do as a way to make sure you arent taking in extra fatty foods .. just sort of make a list of times you are going to eat and what you are going to eat at those times. [this helped me out majorly] keep the portions small. and if you can try to start jogging. truthfuly the only way to lose weight in a snap is to take a diet pills. but if you keep to the list you make and really focus you'll see the weight fade like an old memory!!
