okay.female here.
well i`m 17 almost 18.
i`m short like 5 foot or 5'1 who knows really alot of people think 4'11 but i honestly don`t know.
well my current weight that i know of it 118.
pants size is usaully 3-5 i porbably should wear a 4 but those suckers are hard to find.
i`m not completely unhappy with my body just my stomach.
&& i want to lose a few pound to make that stomach look better.
i have love handles thats my main thing i hate.
people say i should not lose weight because of my breast. they are a 38 d.
so i want some ideas on wat you think i should do.
i have an ab louge would that be good.??
& i love food so yes that would be hard to be real strict.

Use your ab lounge. And for your love handles (I hate those little butts!!!so anyoing!) anyways this may be hard to follow but try.
Lay on the ground like to do a sit up.
Put your legs straight up.
And ease them down to your right.
Then up.
Ease down to the left.
Then up.
And just keep reapeting.
Also:
Do your floor crunches to the side.
