Okay well my bf wants to have sex and he's ready and everything but I'm not sure because of pregnancy and everything. I feel really ready but I'm just nervous. What should I do?

Well dont rush into anything and make a mistake then have to worry bout being pregnant or something. Im sure he will still love you as much even without it and if not well theres something wrong with that, so just wait til your ready im sure he will understand.
