he can appeal to child services who is the one getting his liscence suspended but it likely wont work. what he needs to do is get a job and start making payments, .
too bad he is not already a truck driver then they wouldn;t suspend his liscense at all.

I was a bit put off by the "too bad he is not already a truck driver then they wouldnt suspend him." This man has enraged me,(my ex) I understand that the child support can be brutal on guys, but this one deserves to pay. He was thrown in jail for trying to kill my 8 year old daughter, after years of mental abuse on me. Our son has a very serious genetic illness, which he never comes to see our son when he is hospitalized. Then he decided to sit on his ass pardon me, for 16 weeks and not pay child support. I think this is a good case for punishment.. But for all those great dads out there who love and spend lots of quality time with your children you should'nt have to pay a thing, just get them what they need and provide a good home. I hope you agree with me, and I hope child support enforcement turns his world upside down, like he has been doing ours for too many years. thank you, kimberly
