About askshannon

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, body thouroughly used up totally worn out screaming "WOO HOO What A Ride!"
I do not know it all, but I feel like I have been through enough experiences to offer some sort of help. I am the person everyone says should be a shrink. I love to give my 2 cents and if it can help in the process all the better. I love to travel and live on a farm with a fantastic family.
Things I feel like I know alot about:
Diets!! I have done them all. I feel pretty confident I can help with most questions on this issue.
Love and Life. I have been there for the most part. There are a few places I haven't been and really don't want to go.

Okay so my hair is extremely frizzy & puffy. & What makes it worse I have dandrift (SP) I wash my hair 3 times a week I use to only 2 but now i moved it to 3. But the problem is my hair gets to greasy. & I think its the dandrift thats doing it. & I also straighten my hair. So whats the problem? I usually use shampoo & condtioner that help my frizz & dry hair. Is it the dandrift that makes my hair so greasy feeling ? What can I do ? It feels fine the 1st day, then after the next day it feels all gross. What can I can do ? Would I be able to use a shampoo for frizzy/dry/puffy hair, then use a conditioner for dandrift? Would that help? Thanks for the help in advance
If you have dandruff you need to use a good shampoo. I would suggest going to a salon and asking them about it. My son uses matrix essentials actrol it has worked great for him. Almost every good line has a shampoo for dandruff.
I know if your straightner is not good quality it can also make your hair frizzy. A really good straightner can cost $75+ but I promise it is worth it. If you have a friend that is a beautician they can get them at thier cost and save you some cash.
A salon should also be able to point you in the right direction for hair products to tame the puffiness and frizz. I am a true believer in salon grade name brand products when it comes to hair!
