I just got a Razr cell phone :] I love it. And I took pictures, now how can I get it on my computer?? And how much does this cost.. (link)

Depending on your carrier, it costs the same amount as any regular text message. There's no extra cost, just for putting it on your computer or anything. I have T-mobile, but I have free texting, bc I have unlimited text messaging, so it doesn't cost anything. But if I didn't have that it'd cost 10 cents a message.
To actually send the pictures to your computer.
Every raZr phone is different for different carriers. Just select a picture, click "View" & then the middle option, in between details & back. Click "Send to my Album!"& Then Click OK, & SEND. =]
You'd have to go to whatever your carriers website is, like if you have t-mobile, I know the website to get your pictures is, "www.tmobilepictures.com"
You'll have to sign up for My Album or something. I wish I knew what you had so I could help you.
