I am so stressed out and depressed right now. My grades keep dropping and I try so hard to keep them up but some times it's so hard.

I went to the ER a few weeks ago because of my depression and my parents were so mad! I did counseling, so when I told a counselor about my suicidal thoughts that's when they directed me to the ER.

Now, I am afraid to go back to counseling, because if they send me back to the ER my parents will be pissed, also because of the huge medical bill we got from going to the ER last time. I'd hate to waste my parents' time and money over my mental health.

It's so hard to be happy right now, even when I try to. My friends tend to think nothing about it, and leave me alone. And at some occasions, even ignore me.

I feel so overwhelmed and stress, probably mainly because of school, my job, and christmas.

Please help me out, give me advice how to overcome and/or deal with this. =[

This is a really hard topic and i'm going to do the best i can to help.

First of all please don't go suicidal, because scientists were studying it and %90 of suicidal people regret what going suicidal but it's too late to turn back.
I'm afriad of counsling too, they aren't the best resources in my opinion, you need to find something you enjoy that doesn't get you stressed.
-Find a video game that you love that you can get lost in
-Find a book series that will grab your attention
-Try to hang out with your friends some more
-Join a sports team, it'll motivate you to keep your grades up

Pretty much just distract your mind. And as far as your parents sit down and talk with them, let them know what is going on in your life it may not be the first thing on your mind to do but it's a good idea, because it's better to cry or talk and just let everything out to people who are close to you then to hide it away from them, your parents probably have no clue what you are going through and you should let them know because they can't read your mind. Let them know then that will make you less stressful.
