I just got my phone and I have Cingular. I heard after 7pm u get free unlimited minutes, then i heard sumthin about calling people from your same network is cheaper. Tell me please if any of this is tru, and if you no any other advatages that come with having Cingular. Thanks! (link)

All I can say is switch to VERIZON! I just want to say that Verizon is the best in my area...I would hope it is also in yours. It has the best plans, least dropped calls (this is VERY true), and they have free roaming. You might want to rethink Cingular, but who knows. Good luck in your decision.
