ok this might be hard tounderstand but here it goes i want to get a cartilage piercing with two holes(one on the top and one close underneath it) where can i find barbells for that kind of piercing or can the ones for the regular barbell piercings work. (link)

That would be an industrial piercing, and to be completely honest ( I know from experience) if you are interested in it...GET IT PROFESSIONALLY DONE!!! I cannot stress this point enough, this is a very sensitive piercing, you need to have the knowledge of a professional because your ear might not be the right shape and could reject this, your skin could cut through your ear, get infected, or it might not be straight thus forth causing the barbell not to fit properly. So my advice is get it done professionally if you are even thinking about it.
