So my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex less than a week ago and I took the morning after pill. This pill could make my period come late and I may get cramps after taking it. Well, after I took the pill I was perfectly fine, and I've gotten my period on schedule. However, I'm having incredibly painful cramps. I'm taking midol every six hours, and it only gives me slight relief for about 20 minutes. I'm wondering if I could be having a miscarriage, or if this morning-after pill I took is having side-effects almost a week later. I usually have a very easy menstrual cycle, with little cramps, normal bleeding etc. Now I'm hardly bleeding and having killer cramps. Does anyone know what I could possibly be going through?
