I am a teen who has been through tough break ups all the way to being threatened about my life. I just love helping erebody else. Its one thing if an adult trys to understand a teen. But it is another thing if a teen trys to understand the Teen.

i'm 14,live in NYC, never had a boy-freind of hooked up with a boy before.
Boys intimidate me but i want a bf cause i want someone who can understand me and hold me when im upset and love me, but that never seems like its ever gonna happan cause i get so nervous around them.
also every time i thik about hooking up with boys i start crying because i REALLY want to hook up with someone and every time i think about it a sense of despair comes over me and it feels like im NEVER gonna hook up with anyone
is it because i'm not likeable, or just not outgoing enough, what do boys find wrong with me.
ive read the answers to questions kinda like this one, on sites like this one and none of them ever help, they always make me feel worse instead of better.
dont tell me my first kiss is gonna come, just wait for it, cause it doesnt seem like thats ever going to happen to me.
advice on how to feel better about this and how to be less awkward around boys would be a great help.

I am also 14 live in IL and had never hooked either I am a little overweight, black chick, and at times I feel desperate to tell you the truth It is hard to find good answers in this case. Trust me I've tried . I'd say just try being as friendly with guys as you possibly can. Try to be more flirtaticious, not easy, but ya kno a little more attraction.

Make the guy feel like you are not attracted to them though you are that's what they want to see. I told my best friend who is 15 and it had worked for her.
