i'm ordering jeans from abercrombie and fitch and i can't figure out my size. i'm an xs in the a&f clothes and i think i'd be a 0 or a double zero in their jeans. i'm ordering off the website and i can't figure out what the 'L' and the 'R' next to teh sizes are. can anyone help? _(link)

R= Regular
