how can i get over my boyfriend "verbally" cheating on me

Take it from someone that knows ALL about this stuff. Forget the jerk. He's seriously not worth your time if he's going to tell other people he loves them. Don't make someone a priority if they only make you an option. Just hang out with your friends. Hanging out with them will help everything, but I know things get worse at night and that's when you think about it even more. Start talking to other guys, not only will it make YOU happy, it'll make him jealous, and you'll have someone else to think about besides that jerk. Hope I helped. Feel better =]

thanks but the problem is we have been together for a year and 3 months its been 5/6 since it happened and i need to get over it i know he loves me but i dont know how to forget the past.
