Alright, in early December I'm having my 15th birthday party. I don't really want a theme for it, but what are some good ideas for it. Its going to be in my basement, and i have satellite tv, a pool table, a bar, and a dance floor, and there is probably going to be around...23 people there, both girls and guys. What I'm asking I guess is what are some good ideas for decorations, invitations (The design and sayings.. I don't want it to be corny by saying like "Your invited to ____'s B-day party!!) and just all around everything. I have a budget of $100 so it can't really be that expensive.

Here's what I would do:
INIVITATIONS- personally, I wouldn't do invitations. I would probably just go online and tell people because as you get older not many people do invites. But if you do, I'd keep it short and sweet. Obviously the important things like your name, date, time, and address and you should be good. Oh and make it sound appealing but not like corny. Let them know there will be food/dancing if you want.
DECORATIONS- get solid colored plates, napkins and cups. Patterns are a little young. Same with balloons, just tie a few to like your staircase or a chair or something. I would say that's good. I think we're a bit old for a piñata ;).
MUSIC- now with this dance floor, do you have a stereo? Because then you can burn CDs of the latest songs, or plug in iPod speakers (if you have), or listen to the radio. If you have none of those, go to a CD place and buy a couple CDs and just keep playing them. "Now That's What I Call Music" actually has a good selection, but of course you can just stick with specific bands.
TV and the pool table is a big plus. Those are always enjoyable at parties. I would say maybe to rent a scary and a funny movie and see if anyone wants to watch either because everyone has a different opinion.
