Is it illegal in EVERY state to be asked your hair color or your weight on your State I.D. and Drivers License? I am for certain that it is illegal in some states, but is it an American law that every state must follow?

Each state has an established set of laws seperate from federal (but most comply with federal)I'm not aware of it being illegal to having such info on an ID. I know the Flordia driver's license doesn't list the individual's hair color or weight. My first assumption would be that both can easily change. It is unlawful to have incorrect information on an ID (fraud). Search online under your state regulations, but I highly doubt it's every state.
