Q: well my boyfriend went to army training for a few months. So hes not gunna be around but we are still together. and theres this kid cody who likes me who hangs out with my friends so im with him too. and he is always flirting with me. and for some reason i like even though im deeply in love with my boyfriend. i dont want to do anything stupid because my boyfriend is gone because we are planning on being together for ever. So is it normal to be happy that this kid is flirting with me? and should i stop hanging around this kid? anything with be apreciated
OK, I am going through the same thing and I'm married with children! LOL. Now, I actually have a little bit of a crush on my BFF's husband. He jokes around with me, he stares, does a little arm touching & all kinds of things like that. Well, I felt pretty bad & weird about the way I felt, so, I went looking for info on the net & even asked some other people about it. So, to make a long story short...it is perfectly normal to feel that way or even enjoy the attention. EVERYONE has those feelings every once in a while. As long as your not acting on it & nobody is getting hurt in anyway, it is fine. I even found out it is called, "friendly flirting." Which basically means no harm. So, keep having fun & there is nothing to feel bad about.

thanx

I am married and have 3 beautiful daughters. Their ages are 2, 6 & 11. I am not in any way saying I am an expert on life, but, I have been through a lot of different things, from...mental health issues, alcoholism to having a husband in Iraq. So, feel free to ask me anything you need help with & I will try to answer it the best I can.
