My best friend told me a secret, and he told me not to tell anybody. It was about his ex. I didn't think it would be a big deal, so I told her, because we are so so so close.
and he got really mad at me.
and I really miss him. We havent spoken since.
what can I do or say to make it up to him?

Hey! It sounds like you're in a pretty tough pickle huh? Well right now your friend is pretty upset since he probably didn't expect this stuff to get back to his ex and he trusted you. By telling his ex you probably just wanted to make things right between them again and if you had another intention I'm hoping it was for their best interests.
First of all I would probably apologize to him and have a really long talk with him which I know is harder then it sounds but you want your friendship back with both of them right? Tell him that you were just trying to help because it hurts to see two of your best friends having tough feelings about eachother and you just wanted everything to be back to normal. Right? :-). Then apologize for telling his ex what he said and say that it was wrong of you because now your best friend doesn't even trust you.
