16/m a couple of days ago i asked this girl out and she said that she only liked me as a friend and she wanted us to get to know each other better first and then maybe we could try it. i'm ok with that but i dont really know how to get to know her better or anything i dont know what to do. any ideas? Well you need to ask her to hang out. Take her out and pay for her and open doors for her and be polite. Dont take it too seriously but do things to let her know you care about ehr and you're not giving up. Tell her things you would tell your guy friends and include her in your life. When she's having a bad day or something is wrong, be there for her. You dont want to move in too close but you want to let her know that you are there for her and that you can be more than just a friend. Hope that helped. Asked if you have anything you want to add.
