Q: does anybody know what this is called?

it's mine and I dont remember what it's called. it broke yesterday and I want to buy a new one. So can somebody tell me what this is called and where to buy it? It has like rubber stuff on the outside and on the inside is some sort of white stuff. please help!

its a stress ball... you can squeeze it and its soo squishy and its really cool. I ripped it open ((i said that in the question)) by accedent and i felt whats inside... its not flour or anything like that.. its like Tack or something really weird.
